Birthday Parties at New York City Ninja Academy!

New York City Ninja Academy hosts the most exciting and memorable birthday events in all of New York City. Kids are challenged with fun and safe ninja warrior obstacle training with our professional coaching staff, and exciting course runs complete with lights, sound effects, and the ultimate thrill of hitting the buzzer at the top of the Warped Wall!

Party Details

  • All party guests must be at least 6 years old to participate.
  • Party guests will train on ninja warrior obstacles with our professional ninja staff for 90 minutes, with a course run at the end, complete with lights, sound effects and the thrill of hitting the buzzer at the top of the Warped Wall!
  • Parents are not permitted to enter the ninja area (on the mats) for safety reasons, but can watch from the benches; except for birthday kid’s parents.
  • Drop off permitted.
  • Attire: All party guests must comply with ninja attire requirements to be allowed on the ninja floor. Sneakers are mandatory, no exceptions. See Rules & Policies in General Info tab for more information.
  • EVERY NINJA PARTY GUEST MUST FILL OUT THIS WAIVER BEFORE BEING ALLOWED ON THE GYM FLOOR:

Party Prices

  • $675 for 9 kids or fewer
  • $750 for 10-15 kids; $30 for each additional kid up to 20 kids
  • No food or cake is allowed; entire 90 minutes is spent on the training floor
  • A table for gift bags is provided; New York City Ninja wristbands and stickers are provided for gift bags
  • Full payment to reserve is required
  • Gratuity is not included
  • Email us for any further inquiries or special requests
  • Birthday party fees are non-refundable 2 weeks prior to the event.

 

Ready to Book Your Party?

  1. Click on desired date from the calendar below.
    • The number there indicates how many party slots are available that date/time.
    • If there is a “0” next to the date, parties are already booked (0 slots available).
    • If the calendar is blank on the desired date, no parties are held on that day, but call or email us.
  2. Click on a time slot in a date box, then complete the registration form, enter family info, then click on the blue “+” sign to enter ninja info.
  3. Your credit card will be not be charged the default $750 when you book. Please indicate number of kids when you reserve so that we can charge the correct amount within 24 hours.
  4. The cost of the party is non-refundable less than 2 weeks before the party.
  5. Please email us two days prior to the party with a final guest count.
  6. Please read our policies carefully. We are a ninja warrior training facility; not a playground.

Important Invitation Information

Please include the following information with your invitations to your guests:

  • All guests must be in PROPER ATTIRE (no dresses). See Rules & Policies in General Info tab for more information.
  • Must be at least 6 years old.
  • SNEAKERS are MANDATORY, no exceptions.
  • No jewelry of any kind is allowed on the gym floor.
  • Please be punctual. Everyone must participate in warm-ups to learn basics of movement.
  • All parents or guests must fill out the waiver.
