New York City Ninja Academy teaches kids ages 6 through 13 years old the exciting sport of ninja warrior in semester-based progressive training. One hour lessons are taught by certified ninja coaches in our new, clean, and safe facility. Ninjas will learn ninja warrior obstacles, and gain strength, agility, and confidence as they improve their skills. Ages 13+ join our adult/teen training!

Kids are grouped according to ages (6-13) and maximum capacity for a drop in class is 15 with 3 coaches. It’s a great way to get to know us!

45 MINUTE MINI-NINJA CLASSES AGES 3-5
Kids ages 3-5 are safely trained on their favorite ninja warrior obstacles with our fun coaching staff. Kids will learn the basics of standard ninja obstacles – angled steps, ring swing, balance and agility, mini trampoline jump and so much more!
Start your kid’s athletic journey with the fundamentals of the sport of ninja. Ninja develops strength, balance, core stability, and sensory awareness, and provides valuable tools for future athletic success.

The program teaches participants how to overcome ninja warrior obstacles by analyzing, approaching, and eventually conquering obstacles. Ninjas will learn new skills and techniques for climbing, swinging, agility, balance, and strength, and will learn to propel themselves from one point to another, eventually conquering an entire obstacle course. The fun and challenging obstacles at New York City Ninja Academy mimic the movement and strategy of those on American Ninja Warrior. Discipline, focus, and behavioral development are emphasized to foster kids’ personal growth and self-improvement. Coordination and confidence increase with skill level.

Recommended Ninja Footwear: New Balance Fresh Foam Sole (not fat/thick soles – low soles are best), Zante (discontinued, but they’re the best if you can find), Tempo, Prevail, Arishi; Str/ke Mvmnt; Nike Precision 5; Merrell Vapor Glove. Laces are best.
